We are sure that you will LOVE your Bag Jeanie bags and your newfound way of shopping, we do not think you will need our returns policy. However, once you have had the chance to lay your eyes and hands on your Bag Jeanie bag, if you are not satisfied and you have ordered them at our store online, you are welcome to return them to us within 30 days, unused and in a pristine saleable condition. We are happy to replace bags that do not live up to the workmanship in manufacturing and we will refund the full cost of goods. However, if you have just changed your mind and do not wish to keep the Bag Jeanie bag then there will be a 20% restocking charge on your returned item.

Market-Bought Faulty Goods Returns
Bag Jeanie adheres to the Australian Consumer Law for consumer guarantees and returns. If you believe a product is faulty, please contact the email address above for instructions on returning your products. The product must be returned with proof of purchase. The item will then be assessed at the point of return and if deemed faulty, exchange or refund will be issued. It can be returned to the Market stall you bought it from or if we no longer have a stall there we will organise the return courier.

Should you believe a product is faulty, please email us immediately with your proof of purchase, an image of the product’s fault, and a brief description of the fault within 30 days of purchase. Please do not return products without first contacting us at sharonharkness@bagjeanie.com.au
Disclaimer
Before use… you can wash your Bag Jeanie bag in a cool machine wash. Your precious Bag Jeanie shopping bags have been pre-washed however as it is a recycled natural fabric, a small amount of shrinkage may still occur even with correct handling. (We’ve made our Bag Jeanie bags bigger to compensate for this). Washing your Bag Jeanie bags on a cold wash will help reduce the chance of shrinkage – and line dry or tumble dry as normal instructions with denim.
